All title and copyrights in and to the original created modules and components of each product by NextGen Simulations (included but not limited to any multimedia source and test incorporated into the Product), the accompanying documentation material, and any copies of the Product are owned by NextGen Simulations and/or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to additional third-party components, libraries and content (used under the respective contents‘ Terms of Distribution) which can be accessed through use of the Product is property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or intellectual property laws. The purchase of any Product from NextGen Simulations do not grant you rights to use such content.

All the material contained in any SOFTWARE PRODUCT is exclusive copyright of NextGen Simulations. No part of any of the models contained or any of the files within the products‘ package, in part or in whole, may be copied, re-distributed, disassembled, reverse-engineered, re-packaged or in any way be exploited for any commercial purpose without express consent of NextGen Simulations.

We allow uploads and public distribution of modified textures, as long as you give the respective credits to NextGen Simulations. We do NOT accept uploads of ANY original piece of software contained in any of the products developed and sold by NextGen Simulations.
