In case your email is related to technical support, please describe with detail the issue you experienced, and make sure you have tested with no external hardware, nor third-party mods. By contacting us, you MUST supply a valid email address in order for you to receive feedback and sooner response from us, especially regarding technical support for our products. In case you want to leave a feedback or ask for technical support for our products but do not want to supply an email address, please contact us on Discord instead.
In case you have sent a support email to us, but you have not received an answer within 14 days, please check your Spam folder first. If no email from us is found, try again using a different email address. We normally answer support emails within 3 business days as much, but it is possible that our emails are marked as spam. We kindly recommend you NOT to use a Yahoo inbox.
